Cotton Level Select
Press Select at the title screen to bring up the options screen. Then, highlight exit. Next, press Down, 2, 2, Left, 1, Right, Select. You will hear a chime, the letters in the background will turn red, and a stage select option will appear.
Note: If you use the level select, your continues will be reduced.
