At the option menu hold R1 and L1 and press TRIANGLE, TRIANGLE, X, X. When you are driving go up to an object and you will see virtual lines.

To unlock a Halloween version of Bart Simpson, set your PS2's date to 10/31. Bart will appear as Frankenstein on the character select screen (under the ? category).
